Patient experience of community mental health services based on contact with a health and social care worker

The annual survey of community mental health services involves a questionnaire of 45 questions sent to 50,000 service users.

This indicator is an average of the positive responses received for the following 4 high level questions:

~Did this person listen carefully to you?
~Did this person take your views into account?
~Did you have trust and confidence in this person?
~Did this person treat you respect and dignity?

Almost 17,000 (33% response rate) questionnaires have been analysed each year.
