Leadership role within the national NHS England Specialised Services Team working to support delivery by the Regional Teams of an overall £350m QIPP savings programme.

Part of the NHS England team in the North of England with leadership role developing a business plan for the re-configuration of Primary Care Support Services (PCSS) across the nione Area Teams in the north - (PCSS provide the administrative backroom services to GPs, Dentists, Opticians and Pharmacists).

Specifically responsible for service review, modelling and re-enginering of all PCSS workstreams; also for the development of meaningful Key Performance Indicators to help manage and develop the service nationally.

Developed a national Community Servcies Quality Framework. This will complement similar frameworks across other NHS sectors. It compares and contrasts PCTs across the country, bringing together a range of indicators covering both the Transforming Community Services agenda and all five dimensions of the NHS Outcomes Framework

Prime Minister's Dementia Challenge - part of the team that developed the West Midlands' response to the dementia challenge. In particular responsible for creating a series of web based information indicators useful to patients and their carers, comparing and contrasting services available in their home areas. Relevent indicators provided at GP, CCG, LA and Hospital level.
